Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1 ounce packet au jus gravy mix, such as McCormick®
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups corn cereal squares, such as Corn Chex®
  • 1 5 ounce package garlic-and-butter flavored croutons, such as New York Bakery®

  • 1 2.85 ounce package beef jerky, cut into bite-sized pieces, such as Jack Link’s®

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Whisk together butter, au jus mix, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, rosemary, and pepper in a large bowl until combined. Add cereal squares, croutons, mini saltines, rye chips, and crispy onions; toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet; spread into an even layer.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly toasted and cracker mixture is mostly dry, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with jerky pieces. Let cool completely, about 15 minutes.
