  • 2 fresh cherries, pittled, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, from 1/4 of a lime
  • 1 1/2 ounces resposado tequila
  • 1 ounce amaretto liqueur

Method
 

  1. Place cherries and lime juice in a shaker and muddle to loosen the cherry juices.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, add tequila and amaretto, and shake until well blended and slightly frothy.  Strain over ice and garnish with a cherry.
